Great location, well-stocked bathroom, comfortable bed, and courteous staff. Rooftop restaurant offers delicious food with quick service. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Anticipates guest needs.
Initial room lacked windows and had a bad smell. Offered a spacious room promptly.

Liked that the hotel was deluxe. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like The Chikoo Tree Project, set within 15 minutes walk or so. Room was excellent value for money.

Wanted to explore Madgaon and this hotel was nice base for doing it. They offer climate control, a seating area and a writing table in the rooms. We had a comfortable 3 nights stay...
The setting was not so good.
